Barb here. Ross is resuming the largest hugelkultur project in the country so he ask me to fill in for him.
Tomorrow you will receive more Chinese cabbage, beet greens, chard, kale, eggs and NEW THIS WEEK....Garlic! It will be fresh so if you are unable to use it in a timely manner, you will want to cure it. Methods of curing can be found on your wizard box. Hoping you will also get onions but that will be a game-time decision.
A Chinese Cabbage Salad would be perfect at your patriotic celebrations this weekend. There are many variations, but here is one.
